women only

Biotyspa treatments are dedicated to women only.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are aware about our Women Only policy prior making a booking with us, online or over the phone.

You can rather book your appointment with us using our online system or call the Spa directly on +61 (0)2 8068 15005.  A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking, online or via call.

Your full name, phone number and email address is required to proceed with your booking.

You are responsible to provide your correct contact information, so our team can call you in case your appointment has to be rescheduled or cancelled.

 

appointment policy

For your first appointment with us, you will be asked to fill a form. It’s your responsibility to arrive on time. We recommend you to arrive 5 minutes prior your appointment time, so you will have time to enjoy a stress-free check-in.

Depending on the treatment you are booked for, your therapist is allowed to adjust and shorten the time of your treatment, to make sure your late won’t affect the next bookings.

Over 15 minutes late, your treatment will be canceled and not refundable.

Same policies apply for booking with gift certificates.

 

online booking

You can book your treatment online via our online booking system. You will be required to enter your contact details and credit card details for the deposit (50% of the total amount of your booking). After this is done, you will receive a confirmation email, meaning your booking has been completed. If you didn’t receive any email confirmation, please check your Junk Box, alternatively, please contact the Spa to make sure your booking has well been completed and confirmed +61 (0)2 8068 15005.

booking cancellation/change

Any cancellation or changes must be done 24h prior the appointment time. If cancellation or change isn’t made within this 24h, your deposit will be kept and won’t be refundable. 

No shows will be charged at 100%.

Same policies apply for booking with gift certificates.

 

e-voucher

Our e-voucher is short for electronic vouchers. They are in a pdf file format, which can be sent directly to the recipient, forwarded or printed out to give to the recipient. 

If you wish to offer a paper gift certificate, please call the office +61 (0)2 8068 15005.

Our e-vouchers once purchased are automatically sent to you as a pdf document direct to your chosen recipient email address.

Your Gift Certificate or e-voucher will come with a 1 year expiry date from the date of purchase. After that time, your voucher is no more valid and can’t be redeemed at all.

 

gift voucher redemption & booking

Your Gift Voucher and Gift Card can be exchanged for any treatment of the same value, upgrade to a different treatment or exchanged for products.

Your Gift certificate cannot be exchanged or refunded for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift card) once the purchase has been made.

You will be required to show your gift certificate (paper or pdf), printed or on your phone, the day of your appointment. If you have lost your gift certificate, it’s not Biotyspa’s responsibility, and we are not able to offer redemption.

E-voucher purchased after February 2018 can be redeemed with our online booking system.

If your gift certificate expiries on or before February 2019, you won’t be able to redeem it with our online booking system. Please call the Spa at +61 (0)2 8068 15005.
